Acceptance of your order, and formation of the contract between you and VYPR Supplies, occurs only when the goods are dispatched to you. We reserve the right to decline any order, for example, due to product unavailability, inability to authorise payment, or if there has been an error in product information or pricing.
6. DELIVERY POLICY
We aim to deliver all orders promptly, and estimated delivery times are provided on our website or at checkout. Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees; factors beyond our control (such as courier delays or adverse weather conditions) may affect delivery times.
Goods will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to accept delivery. Risk of damage or loss of goods passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and notify us within 72 hours of any damages, shortages, or incorrect items.
7. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
You have the right to return goods within 28 calendar days from receipt. To initiate a return, contact us via email or phone with your order number and details.
Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. We may refuse refunds if items are returned damaged or show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 working days of receiving the returned goods. Original delivery charges may not be refunded unless the item was faulty or misdescribed.
8. WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY
All products are supplied with a manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. This warranty is in addition to your statutory rights and does not affect them. Please contact us for warranty claims; proof of purchase will be required.
